My wife had been wanting a Harvey bag. Got this one for her birthday, she loved it. Everyone asked about the bag. We did encounter a small issue with the bag (hey, things happen). Contacted Harvey's, Chris from customer service responded fast and helped resolve our issue. We are impressed with the quality of the bag and were even more impressed with the way they stood behind their product. We definitely would recommend this bag or any other item from this company.
